We are a welcoming, safe and caring salon for all people. Our attention is on your beauty and well-being, which allows you to be your authentic self. We believe in a gender-free pricing structure. Our services are priced based on timing, hair length/thickness and stylist level.

Salon Guarantee:

The health and integrity of your hair is of the utmost importance to us. Styling tips and product knowledge are always included.

We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our salon guests. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us within seven days of your appointment. We will schedule an appointment to have you come back to correct your service at no charge. After seven days from the original appointment date cases will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

You can be confident when you purchase your retail products at The Cutting Edge Salon as products are fully refundable if you are not fully satisfied. Exceptions are for blow dryers, curling irons and flat irons which can be returned within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of reserved services.
• No-show or missed appointments will be charged 100% of service.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
