What is one thing that can instantly make your day better? Knowing that I will be eating good food during the day. I wake up in the morning thinking about what I will be eating during the day, and I am almost always happier when I know the food will be good.

What is your go-to guilty pleasure? Salty snacks.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? I love to spend as much time as possible in outdoors in nature. I love to hike, walk, and run, as well as garden and read in the sunshine.
